With the leap second being added today, I was hoping for a good spot for the hash today. While it did land very close to me, alas it was on private property.
As I was sure this was inaccessible, I didn't wait until 19:59 (23:59 UAT) to be there. After work I had a bunch of errands to run and this was too close not to go. I stopped by and got some pictures of how close I got and a posted sign, then went shopping. Not much else to say on a short and unsuccessful expedition.
