Location
It is within СНТ Лира, which is not far from Фрязино. Upon close inspection, I found that the hash is a few meters away from someone's countryhouse. The house, along with the hash, is guarded by a large dog and surrounded with a fence.

Plans
Well, I just planned to go there and earn the Virgin Graticule achievement.
Expedition
After some preparation, I took my bicycle and set off. The geohash was only 15 km from my house, so I hoped to get there and back quickly. I rode most of the way without any difficulty. Roads were as good as they can be in Russia, the weather was a bit hot but not too much, and I had some fruit to eat on the way. Then, as I got closer, road became much worse. Moreover, the area had about 5 times as many roads as map showed, which made choosing the right one difficult.
A few minutes later, I got to a road under a high-voltage power line. The line was probably very high-voltage, as I immediately started to notice strange things happening to me and my bicycle. Specifically, I felt an unpleasant electric shock every time I touched the metal frame. I had never seen anything like this before, and I haven't yet come up with an explanation of the phenomenon. It seemed to be related to my speed, though. I found that the only way of riding there was maintaining constant contact with a metal part of my bicycle, so that potential difference could not build up.
Then I arrived to the hash, and found that it was on a private property. The owner was standing nearby, and she was pretty concerned about the fact that a strange guy she had never seen before was walking back and forth in front of her fence for no apparent reason. She definitely was not the kind of person who would let me in her place, so I left.
The troubles didn't end there. First of all, I discovered that my fruit turned into a smoothie, and it my bicycle and I soon became very dirty. Then I chose the wrong road and had to ride along a large highway with lots of cars. A few kilometers later, my bike computer ceased to work, which was probably an effect of all the electric things I had before. Then I arrived back home.
Obituary
I first met my bicycle computer over a year ago, when my father offered it to me as a present. I was amazed at how well it did its job. Together we rode more than 380 km, and it didn't malfunction even once. It was the first of its kind; but it was not the last. Others followed in its footsteps, and now my family has three more bicycle computers. However, the fact that there are young computers out there does not mean that the old one will be forgotten. Rest in peace, my bicycle computer. You will always be in my heart.

I was too lazy to edit and post the photos I took.
