Usage

Best practice
- Always follow the "merged to" template immediately with
~~~~.- This alerts users to when the change was made, and more importantly, lets archivers use discretion in when to archive a merged topic.
- Refer each link to the exact section of the relevant page.
- Do not continue discussion at locations which have been marked with the red "merged to" notice, continue it instead under the corresponding green "merged from" notice at the new location.
- As a courtesy, allow 24-48 hours for those discussing at the "old" page to see the notice and catch up at the "new" page before archiving.
