I'm of two minds here.  On the one hand, the water geo hash achievement is a rare one in our graticule, and would be fantastic to earn.  Plus, I adore going to Pyramid Lake, and the hash point isn't ''too'' far off shore; I could easily swim there and back.  On the other hand, it'd be nice to meet our neighbors.  I've set up [http://irc.peeron.com/xkcd/map/map.html?date=2008-06-21&lat=39&long=-119&zoom=8&abs=1| voting on the mapping site].  The blue point corresponds to our neighboring graticule, since I couldn't get the real point to stick.  Let's see what happens (I'm pulling for Pyramid!). -- [[user:Paveman|Paveman]]

Once again, I am offering rides to any registered hashers.  Please leave replies here if you need a ride to the location.  I can only take up to 3 more hashers, and I respectfully ask for a little fuel fundage. -- [[User:Paveman|Paveman]]

Alternate Locations?

Perhaps we could use the 38, -119 (South Lake Tahoe, California) graticule instead? -- Moose Hole 16:39, 20 June 2008 (UTC)
