Revision as of 02:11, 26 April 2022
hi Stevage. I noticed you're adding a bunch of the grats in bass strait (which I never got around to doing). Awesome that you are. You can in most cases add the appropriate entry in All Graticules and then ask that ReletBot be run, and the bot will set up all the default pages as appropriate for the graticules. Not trying to stop the good work, just to try and make is a little easier. --mykaDragonBlue [- i have no sig -] 09:25, 24 August 2009 (UTC)
2009-12-16
I moved your report thingie from the day page to it's own expedition report page. 2009-12-16 -37 145. Take a look at the Expedition page for hints on doing the reports.
Although, I wasn't sure if you'd done the report the way you did deliberately, so if that was the case, my apologies.

Write-Up
Hey Steve, you should put your trip up on both your own user page and the Melbourne page - it's not automatic! Felix Dance.
Undocumented expeditions in April 2021
Hi Stevage. I was wondering if you went to 2021-04-12 -36 146 near Glenrowan. You created the page, but did not add any content and didn't link to it from your user page. You have another undocumented expedition, 2021-04-06 -36 145 near Dookie, but that one is linked on your userpage. --Fippe (talk) 11:33, 15 June 2021 (UTC)
- Sorry - yeah, the first one (Glenrowan) was a mistake. I did do the second one but haven't written it up yet. Stevage (talk) 03:28, 17 June 2021 (UTC)
geohashing.win
Nifty site! If you feel like pull-requesting to add it, I think it deserves a place in https://github.com/maplibre/awesome-maplibre -- no pressure, though. Arlo (talk) 23:09, 22 February 2022 (UTC)
- Thanks! I'm actually in the process of selling out and using mapbox-gl-utils again in order to use its new projection (and globe) functionality though. :/ Stevage (talk) 06:44, 3 March 2022 (UTC)

It could use some improvement regarding thirty-west compliance; when I switch to the geohash
tab it seems to show me the 'eastern-hemisphere' Tuesday hash for my home grat, when the 'western-hemisphere' Tuesday hash won't be available for almost twelve hours (and will of course be different). Also, if I had an expedition selected in the expedition
tab, the circle will stick around after switching to the other tab, albeit without a label. Arlo (talk) 02:11, 26 April 2022 (UTC)
