Hello! I'm Sam, a newbie geohasher. I saw the comic around a year ago, and thought the idea was fascinating. Alas, I had neither a GPS system nor a smart phone to use. But all that's changed now! I now have a phone capable of getting me there, and so I intend to start soon.

I reside in the Paris, Texas graticule.

Me!

I, as a person, am quite boring. A high school student at a local high school, etc. etc. I am 17 years old, male, and entirely boring.

I like to read, walk, and write. Geohashing fulfills all of these, and so I hope to become fairly active.

It's not likely I'll spend too long geohashing in this area- there's not a lot of activity here, and I've seen a great deal of the graticule already-, but hopefully I end up in a college in a nice geohashing area.
