Hello, welcome to the wonderful sport of geohashing. Where not scoring a point is irrelevant! Having said that I read your report and looked at the photo you put up. Most of us would call this: Not reached as you definitely were some distance away and... had to conquer at least one more obstacle: getting into someone's yard.
