Expedition

We scouted this one to be just behind Hobby Lobby, in what appeared to be a lumberyard on aerial images. Not knowing if we could get access to the area, we set off anyway on our bikes.

As we pulled up in front of the store, we realized I hadn't brought my chain and lock with. That meant we'd have to take our bikes around to the hash, which might not be allowed in the lumberyard. As we rounded the corner of the store, however, we were greated by a completely empty lot, with a prominent "No tresspassing" sign blocking the way. We considered going into the store to try to locate the hash point, or at least get close to it, but decided against it knowing we wouldn't have any gps signal in the building.

Instead, we opted to head for lunch and then check out one of the bike trails in the area. Without a chain, we couldn't think of where we could go without leaving our bikes, but then rememebered we passed a Sonic drive-in on the way, and decided to head over there. Then it was down a former rail line-now bike path and then home.
