Location
In a mall.

I knew that it was there, but on the given day I think it wasn't reachable because it was a holiday. Don't have a proof for that though. The plan was to find out if it would have been reachable on any other day. It was interesting because it was in a mall.
I went there on my way back from 2016-06-02 49 8.
Expedition
Went into the mall, saw the big crosslike windows on the top and took my orientation from that. After closer inspection I saw the three small, white windows on the roof and found them also from the inside.
To be honest, it was easy to find! Data-point taken!
