On Concord St between Medbury and Lambert, Detroit MI 48211. Behind the Packard Plant and in front of a drug treatment center(?).

I planned on attempting this Displaced Hash of Origin (day I was born, in the graticule in which I currently reside) on my way to pick up User:Nixill for us to visit 2019-01-06 42 -83 together, and driving up Concord St at 25mph to claim the Speed Racer achievement.
Expedition
I approached the hash location via E Grand Blvd and noticed Concord was blocked off with barriers and a security vehicle north of Grand Blvd, so I attempted to approach the hash location via Medbury instead. Medbury was blocked at Concord, and there are several No Trespassing signs posted on the Packard Plant. Because of the blocked streets and signs, I chose not to exit my vehicle and attempt to access the hash location on foot.
