Crossroads Village runs a historical steam train along this route as a Genesee County Parks attraction. On August 8th, 2021, a special photo run was conducted during Railfans Weekend which allowed the public to step off the train for photographs mid-route. This allowed easy access to the hashpoint.
Expedition
We arrived and boarded the train and attended a tour of the locomotive shop. The trip brought us within 11 meters of the hashpoint, which was near a small creek adjacent to the tracks.
