While the rules say 'Name after the most major city, then the state/country', the entirety of Bermuda is contained within this Graticule

I think since this is an island completely contained within a graticule, this naming is ok. Nobody should be confused by this nor should they be concerned that it's not explicitly categorized in the UK. -- Moose Hole 16:40, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
