My first expedition on 2009-06-30, after two previously derailed attempts.  I was lucky, this one just happened to be in Fayetteville, about 4 miles from where I live.

Met NWoodruff, and brought along my wife Chelsea for a ride and a little hike through the woods.  Later that night, at home, after we managed to get all the ticks off of her, she said she's never going again.  Very weird, she got 4 ticks, I got exactly zero.

Enjoyed a Squishy, just around the corner, exactly 0.6 miles (1.0 km) from the geohash.  I guess it pays to geohash in your home town, you know where the closest squishy is located!!

About me

Lol-asg.png 51 / m / 33,-84

My name is Sean, I live in Fayetteville, GA, USA, which is just south of Atlanta. For the most part, I will be geohashing on my 2002 Triumph Speed Triple, which I rebuilt after purchasing it as a total wreck. New engine, controls, bodywork, wiring, lighting, and much more. You name it, I've replaced it, except the frame, forks, swingarm, and wheels.

Here it is before:

And after, at my very first Geohash on 6-30-2009. I claimed the 'Maker' achievement for this one.
