The city of Nice is in the upper-center of the graticule with latitude 43 and longitude 7 and is one of the oldest human settlements in the world. The places you can see on this graticule is Cannes, where the Cannes festival is held (almost outside of the graticule), Monaco, where if you have truckloads of money you can enjoy tax exemption, and a lot of beautiful mountains right next to the sea.
