Just at the border of an SCE substation on the Palos Verdes peninsula.

This will definitely NOT be a 4:00pm meet-up, as Christmas party plans interfere. Bravissimo594 (talk) plans to attempt this at about 9:00pm.
Expedition
Driving from Arcadia after a Christmas party, traffic was light on routes 10, 710, 105, and 110. Boppy having to work at 4:00am the next morning, I traveled alone to this one. A church parking lot allowed drive-up approach to within 30 meters of the meet up spot, and then a nighttime zigzag push through some oleander led to the meet up spot on an open hillside between houses (above) and an electrical distribution substation (somewhere in the darkness below).
