Location
Western shore of Springbank Island, Lake Burley Griffin, Canberra. (In April 2015, there was an archaeological dig on the island, that found Aboriginal and European artifacts. Before flooding by the surrounding man-made lake, this has been the site of a farm cottage, and before that an Aboriginal site.)
