As far as I know, there is no special achievement for Ingress at the Hashpoint, but I think it would fit well in either the fun and games or lucky location category of achievements. We even have an original Randall picture for the ribbon. (By the way I would love a portal that moves with the hash, but I don't know whom to ask for this.) On the other hand I don't play anymore, so I'm not going to propose that achievement. If ever though I will support it I think.
