Earliest geohasher achievement

The First Geohasher acheivement can be claimed by submitting photographic (or otherwise digitally expressible) proof of being the first geohasher at an official (not alternate, not even if it's got 50 votes) geohashing meetup. If you arrive prior to the official meetup time (4pm local time), you're expected to make a sign or otherwise prepare the area for other geohashers.
