A possible integration of this concept to the Two to the N achievement is demonstrated in the [[Talk:Fibonacci achievement|talk page]]. Due to the similarities between this proposed achievement and the existing Two to the N achievement, adding this achievement as a feature of the Two to the N achievement seems most logical.

You go on N expeditions or reach N coordinates where N is a Fibonacci number, celebrating the golden ratio and making a tribute to xkcd.

The Fibonacci sequence is a sequence in which each number is the sum of the two preceding ones.

How the counting works...

  • F0: 0 expeditions, you automatically reach this level before geohashing.
  • F1: 1 expedition, claim this for your first expedition.
  • F2: Also 1 expedition, you should claim the above instead.
  • F3: 2 expeditions, claim this for your second expedition.
  • F4: 3 expeditions.
  • F5: 5 expeditions.
  • F6: 8 expeditions.
  • F7: 13 expeditions.
  • ...
  • F10: 55 expeditions.
  • ...
  • F15: 610 expeditions.

A possible integration of this concept to the Two to the N achievement is demonstrated in the talk page. Due to the similarities between this proposed achievement and the existing Two to the N achievement, adding this achievement as a feature of the Two to the N achievement seems most logical.
