Expedition

Today's hash was right in the centre of The Hague. Usually when that happens it's inside someone's house or office and inaccessible to the general public. But today the point was outside on the street, between the buildings of the Supreme Court, the Ministry of Finance and what used to be the US embassy. Kat and I decided to go there after dinner. We got on our bikes and rode for about 30 minutes, first along the Vliet canal and then through the city. When we arrived at our destination however, we found that a cable-laying company had fenced off the area around the hash to store their equipment. With no way to get to the point we just took a few pictures and went on our way again.

Right about here, that is. I wasn't expecting Techno Infra to have set up shop here though...
This is as close as we get. The point appears to be behind that huge orange cable reel. Lloyd is disappointed.
Close, but definitely not close enough.
Looking the other way, with the Royal Playhouse in front. Across the street (right next to the hash) is the former building of the US embassy; there used to be tall fences around it, likely blocking access to today's hash as well.
