I'd rather this just be a facet of the [[OpenStreetMap achievement]]; perhaps the ribbon template could be edited to specify in what way the awardee contributed. Oppose to the achievement in this format as it becomes a case of 'Why not have one for this software as well?'. I agree with the above that a combined achievement for contributions would be better, the specifics of which would need to be discussed in more depth. Oops, I forgot to sign this when I wrote it.
