This area encompasses Enschede, Hengelo, Deventer, touches Apeldoorn, and from there reaches up to Overijssel and Drenthe, up to Assen.

Some place really close by Borculo, wherever that may be :P There's a bus from Enschede which does the entire trip in roughly one hour.

The exact location is on a farmland, just northeast of Borculo: (google maps), easily accessable by foot from busstop "de Biel"
