Location
Back yard of a farm near South Surrey, on 32 Ave
Participants
- Elbie will only go if she knows at least two others are coming, being shy about asking farmers to let her on their land
Planning
Getting there by bus:
- nearest bus stop: the 351 stops on King George and 32 Ave
- the stop is about 3.4 km away from the hashpoint; quick bike ride, or longish walk
- 351 route map and time table
Elbie
Elbie wants to be back in Vancouver to see at least part of the Car Free Vancouver Day festival at Commercial (noon - 18:00), and so plans to be there in the morning. How early are people willing to get there? I'm thinking of aiming for 11:00.
If nobody is coming from UBC with me (leave around 8:30), I'll bike to Broadway & Granville, and take 351 at 9:09. (If UBCers are coming, 99B-Line.)
Potential UBC Group
- 8:30 - meet at the bus loop, take the 99 to Granville
- 9:09 - take the 351 to King George & 32 (next bus is at 10:37)
- 10:00 - walk over to the farm
- 10:30 - arrive, conduct Ambassador hash
Rhonda
- 8:30 seabus
- 9:00 351 from burrard station
- 10:00 walk to the farm
- 12:30 catch 351 returning to Vancouver
