50 meters off of Interstate 74 eastbound in East Peoria. Some variety of paved lot.

I'll probably have to check this out sometime after work, since I'm practically there already. I spy semi trailers and a fence around the lot, so chances are this will be a "No Tresspassing" scenario, but I still need to investigate. Even if I don't return to get a closer look, I'll be within 50 meters of it as I pass by, since I take I-74 right past it when I go home.
