Location
Satellite imagery places the point in a parking lot to an industrial/commercial building in Pickering.

It doesn't appear to be that hard to get to. Being in a parking lot, I should be able to go there after work without too much of a problem, and even have a handy place to park. A gate to the parking lot could not be determined by the satellite image.
