Hartford

I guess you could call this splitting hairs. See here, and notice that MA has a little bit sticking down in the middle of its border with CT. The southernmost tip of that piece dips into the Hartford grat. That's why it was included initially. --Dvdllr 13:09, 23 May 2010 (UTC)
