Darcy currently lives in Fayetteville, Arkansas, but most of her geohashing was done in the Bay Area, while living in Berkeley. However, she is originally from Los Angeles and attended the very first meetup there. Looking forward to more in the future.

(Also, she doesn't actually own a handheld GPS unit. The car GPS is a poor substitute, sadly.)

I made it within fifty feet of the Cambridge geohash for Tuesday, 6 August 2008 by complete coincidence while I was out running in the morning, and only discovered this late in the evening. Map evidence:

I think this is probably extra deserving of the Curse of Unawareness ribbon, since I could have gone right through it if I'd known it was there!
