Some coordinates are not reachable except by vehicle. In these cases, a vehicle -- such as the Citation -- is needed.
Using the Chevy Citation to refer to cars in general is an example of synecdoche -- like using "Coke" for soda, or "all hands" to refer to "all sailors".
In those rare cases where a Chevrolet Citation cannot do the job, one may need to resort to a faster, higher altitude model. The Cessna has the advantages of being much faster and washroom-equipped, but suffers from the disadvantages of higher fuel consumption and being notoriously hard to park in forested areas.
