Combination of both graticules

I was going to wait for discussion about combining the two graticules, but I got impatient. Sorry if I offended anyone by my actions, it just seemed like the best course of action. --Pnutbutr 17:21, 23 May 2008 (UTC)

I'm okay with it. In fact, I'd already arranged my User:Phydeaux page to account for all four local grats.
