In case you're wondering about the name 'IJssel', yes that is how it should be capitalised. In Dutch the vowel sound 'ij' is considered a single letter. Any other diphtongs/combined vowels are not like that though, it's a special case. - CO2 17:09, 5 September 2010 (UTC)
