Location
Looks like its inside a fenced area, some kind of garden center?

Go there on the way to a party, hope that it's not entirely fenced (google streetview suggests that though) or someone is there to let us in.
Expedition
Went there, closed though, its the base of a cemetary gardener. Waited around a couple of minutes, no movement. Didn't have time to check the nearby cemetary fot the owner so gave up and moved on.
