Hillside, where Broad Street crosses over the tracks. Reachable on foot.

There is an (unpaved?) passageway to the tracks from Central Ave., it should be possible to walk up and get to the side of the tracks. That is an active line, however, probably freight, so we'll take extra care to keep an eye out for moving trains. May not be able to make an approach if there are personnel in the area, but crossing the Broad Street bridge should qualify since that takes us within the margin of error, esp. for a Speed Racer.
