735m west (and 264m below) of the high point of the Volcan Mountains

Drive out to the vicinity of the hashpoint via the route Twin Peaks Road --> Espola Road --> Poway Road --> CA SR 67 --> CA SR 78 --> CA SR 79 --> School House Canyon Road --> BIA Road 52 --> BIA Road 54, then get out and walk to the hashpoint, followed by summiting the Volcan Mountains.
