+ | Thanks :-) I really enjoyed my (brief) stay in Finland. I have driven through snow a few times before; we do get the stuff down here once every few years (usually completely paralyzing the country) and I've also driven to a ski resort in France, with snow chains. But those studded winter tyres you have in the North are great! They grip so well, it almost feels like you're driving on a normal road. I was a bit worried though that my rental Volvo wouldn't have enough ground clearance and that I might get stuck on top of a heap of snow, but fortunately it managed everything perfectly :-) | ||

Thanks :-) I really enjoyed my (brief) stay in Finland. I have driven through snow a few times before; we do get the stuff down here once every few years (usually completely paralyzing the country) and I've also driven to a ski resort in France, with snow chains. But those studded winter tyres you have in the North are great! They grip so well, it almost feels like you're driving on a normal road. I was a bit worried though that my rental Volvo wouldn't have enough ground clearance and that I might get stuck on top of a heap of snow, but fortunately it managed everything perfectly :-) --FelixTheCat (talk) 13:25, 27 January 2016 (EST)
