+ | Great Highway in San Francisco comes in two parts. The upper part is right by the cliffs to the beach, and has almost no cross streets. There are lights for pedestrian crossings. The lower part is the westernmost street of the Sunset District, has houses and street intersections on the east side. Between the two parts is a fairly wide strip that's mostly grass and low scrub, sloping down to the lower part, with a paved bike path at the top, occasional landscaping and restroom facilities.
