Location
In a building near the corner of Sturt Road and Marion Road, Mitchell Park.

Plans
The initial plan was to either go to the geohash with my mother in the morning, while we were on the road anyway; if that failed, then to go via bike or public transport.
Expedition
Unfortunately, I was unable to reach the hashpoint. I was able to go with my mother, but when we pulled into the nearby car park, we realised that we were unable to access the building that contained the geohash. So, we went home. I'm going to forever count this as my zeroth geohash (and first failed attempt).
