Location
The hash is located at a parking lot in the center of Dresden near the town hall.

I plan to visit the hash after work.
Expedition
Oisín
I left my work place by bike and cycled directly throught the Große Garten park to the hash location. Unfortunately it was not accessible because the parking lot is now used as an event location and is enclosed in fences. I missed the hash point by about 5 meters.
