Jim
(Yup - it didn't!)
So, according to the satellite views of Google Maps, this hash point should have been in the middle of a parking area in Washington Park. I arrived close to the area and hit construction right away, so I looped around, thinking nothing of it.
But after circling 3 times around the area where the hashpoint should have been, looking for a roadway that was supposed to get me there, I finally realized that the huge construction site on the side of the road was probably right on top of the hashpoint and the surrounding former parking area.
I gave up and headed home.
