We wouldn't have tried this if it were far away as it didn't have a good chance of success. On the maps, it appeared that the Geohash was in a fenced-off vacant plot. Though, there were possibly accessible gates somewhere around, and if there were, it should be fine to enter.
That turned out not to be the case - there is now a business there that appears to rent out pallets for refrigerated goods.
From the front entrance. The Geohash is behind the building behind the pallets.
From the back entrance. The Geohash is in front of the building in the distance.
