Looks like its inside a fenced area, some kind of garden center?

Go there on the way to a party, hope that it's not entirely fenced or someone is there to let us in.
Expedition
Went there, closed though, its the base of a graveyard gardener (is there a better english word). Waited around a couple of minutes, no movement. DIdn't have time to check the nearby graveyard fot the owner so gave up and moved on.
