I (according to the edit log, [user:Mtastic|Mtastic]) reached just outside coordinates at around 5pm. It looked to be government property, since it appeared that there were some Sewage and Water Board vehicles stored on site.
First semi-reachable geohash site in any of the four New Orleans graticules for me!
