The Ems, Germany graticule isn't active yet. It is a good alternative for people from Enschede, Osnabrück or Münster though. All these cities are just outside this area. Hashpoints in this graticule will quite often be closer than hashpoints in their own graticule.
The area is mainly flat and rural, and quite easy to access. The city of Rheine is the largest and most central city. The Ems is the river that flows from the south to the northwest through the graticule.
