It was so close to the University of Canterbury that I had to go. Only took 10 minutes to walk there. Found it was the Parochial House for the church next door. Seemed like there was no one there from the unmowed lawns, but decided against jumping the fence. Also it is next to a school. Didn't want people to think I was being weird and taking photos outside a school...
