The Washington DC West meetup only produced one person, Chuckrex. The front parking lot of the property containing the hashmark also contained formidable "no tresspasing" signs and various layers of security fencing. It was some sort of industrial yard, not government. Chuckrex took photos from the street, and retired to Dunkin Donuts to introudce himself to coffee.
