The name is Adam. I'm a test engineer living in Southern Maryland working for the Department of the Navy. I came across xkcd a year or so ago and only a few months ago came across the geohashing wiki. I hope to start visiting some locations soon, although I don't have a GPS unit. I'm interested to meet some new people and have a good time. While I live way south in the East Washington, DC graticule, I'm interested in traveling to the West graticule. I also visit north of Philadelphia, PA from time to time so I might try some of the surrounding graticules there.
