This was my first hash of Twenty Ten. How exciting. I left for it early because I wanted to get back with enough time to workout before the football games began. Because of that, no one could go along with me due to my friends not knowing what the morning Sun looks like. So I went alone and...
Voila!, the المغامرة!:
I left around 10:30 EDT. The snow was still out, so that, too, meant ice hadn't melted yet. Oh well, I was in the mood for an adventure. I loaded my new GPS (I'll miss you sexy British lady, but my new Garmin has Japanese. いいですね！) with the day's coordinates and headed on my way. The drive took about an hour. I passed a deli called 33 which I ate at after the hash. The roads were fine and salted all the way until the very last one -- Sharps Chapel Rd. Dear god, was it icy. I had my first experience on Alaskan roads, and I tell you, I was more cautious than a pissed goose.
