Naming
How much work have you done on the naming scheme? I was going to take a crack at it this weekend, but if you've already got some work done on it, I don't want to duplicate efforts. -W0lfie 02:42, 25 May 2008 (UTC)
- I don't have anything pending that's not already posted, so go ahead! --RobertB 03:49, 25 May 2008 (UTC)
- Got your message. I forgot to add this to my watchlist, so thanks for the cross-post. :-) I decided not to get too strict with the adjacency of the different graticules, especially if there's a large city with an actual article. It's not like it really matters whether we say Wharton is between Houston and San Antonio's graticules, does it? -W0lfie 04:20, 25 May 2008 (UTC)
- Well, as long as we show that there's *something* between Houston and San Antonio. Sometimes, the Wharton/Victoria/Whatever meetup spot may be more convenient than the "home" graticule. Besides, I'm approaching the concept from the USGS quadrangle maps -- which face a similar naming problem. It doesn't matter what it's called, as long as it comes home for dinner. --RobertB 18:34, 26 May 2008 (UTC)
