Nukewaste is a Bremerton based underachiever, experienced in getting into places he generally shouldn't be.
He reads xkcd often, as does his girlfriend, who lives in Israel, a long way away.
They plan to someday live together, read xkcd together, and sneak into abandoned buildings together.
