- It's a gratuitous ribbon; I made it up after seeing that the "straight line" distance to the hash point was 3.14 miles. I thought it was too nice of a coincidence to ignore, and one that would be appreciated by the xkcd/geohashing croud :) Erik (talk) 06:58, 13 July 2016 (UTC)
