Best practice

• Refer each link to the exact section of the relevant page.
• Do not continue discussion at locations which have been marked with the red "merged to" notice, continue it instead under the corresponding green "merged from" notice at the new location.
  • As a courtesy, allow 24-48 hours for those discussing at the "old" page to see the notice and catch up at the "new" page before archiving.
